" Detailed pencil illustrations are my favorite. The basic forms can be brought to life by using the shadow and detail and the pencil is the most versatile instrument for achieving that. Now because of the amount of painting I do, the paintbrush and the digital pencil have become my pencil."

I was originally trained in watercolors and with other mediums, I am able to use those skills to achieve as much detail and depth color as I need.

 I also am able to apply all the skills I have developed to the computer via the digital pen. Using Photoshop and Illustrator, I have been able to  illustrate for some major craft companies ( Craft House, Plaid, and Activa) whether it is a paint by numbers product line or basic illustration.

I also have had the pleasure to have illustrated for Wallsdecor, a wallpaper company that applies mural accents via wall paper.
